CLASS DATES

October 8 | Garnishes Class focusing on why garnishes matter, how they contribute to the cocktail, and fun garnishes for the Holiday Season

November 12 | Batched Cocktail Class focusing on how to make individual drinks and how they scale in batching for Holiday Parties; making it easier to execute unique cocktails for a large number of guests

December 10 | Infusion & Specialty Syrup Class focusing on infusing liquors to make fun flavors without all of the work and on making individual unique syrups to enhance classic beverages.

EVENT INFORMATION

Time: 5:30pm – 8:00pm (if you made a reservation for dinner following the class, you will be seated between 7:30pm - 8:00pm)

Location: Margaux, The JW Marriott Grand Rapids

$65 per single event ticket. Includes tax and gratuity, Eventbrite fees not included. All guests receive a 20% discount on food if guests make a reservation for dinner after the events.

Each guest will get to make 2 to 3 specialty cocktails with the instruction of the bartender.

Small bites and appetizers will be available for all guests. GF, DF and Vegetarian options will be available.

Free Parking in the JW Marriott ramp will be complimentary for the evening.

BOOKING INFORMATION

21+ event.

Ticket includes three drinks and various appetizers including, charcuterie, pesto flatbread, and truffle fries.

Ticket sales are refundable up to 48 hours before the class. If a guests does not show they will be charged a no show fee of $30 per ticket.
