You get Mixing Gelato — the most unique Saturday afternoon in Southern California.

Cuts DJ Academy and Gelato Love are joining forces for an intimate, one-of-a-kind DJ experience right inside the Gelato Love shop in Carlsbad Village. You'll step behind real DJ equipment, learn from a world-class instructor, taste handcrafted gelato, and walk away with skills — and maybe a story you'll be telling for years.

YOUR INSTRUCTOR: DJ SYMPHONY

DJ Symphony is not your average DJ instructor. He served as the official DJ for Raekwon, GZA, and Ghostface Killah of the legendary Wu-Tang Clan. He's performed on world stages and worked alongside some of hip-hop's most iconic names. Now he's bringing that legendary energy to Carlsbad — and teaching you how it's done.

No experience needed. Beginners welcome.

THE FORMAT

Three intimate sessions. Ten students per class. You choose your time:

• Session 1: 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM
• Session 2: 1:15 PM – 2:15 PM
• Session 3: 2:30 PM – 3:30 PM

Each session is hands-on. You're not watching — you're on the decks.
