ROBERT WARNER - The Warner Group - Mr. Warner first entered the world of real estate in 2007, when he took a position as Director of Finance at Tamarack Resort, a Four Season ski, lake and golf resort development in the Idaho Rockies with over 2,000 permitted homesites and two entire “Villages” of commercial and hotel development sites. His duties at the resort included overseeing $380 million of equity and debt investment to achieve an outside valuation of over $2 billion. In 2019 Robert was hired by the founder of Golden Gate Sotheby’s International Realty in the San Francisco Bay Area to serve as a Global Real Estate Advisor. Last year he moved with his wife and young daughter back to Santa Barbara, where he raised his older daughter in the 1990s, has served as CFO and head of the Residential Real Estate Division of Warrior Financial Group, and just joined eXp Realty in June of this year.

Founded by Matthew Ma in 2021, amidst the height of the pandemic, the Agent Hustle Network was created to provide a platform for Real Estate Agents to learn, network, inspire, and uplift each other.

Since our inception, we've hosted several online and in-person events in the San Francisco Bay Area (and now Santa Barbara!) showcasing Real Estate Agents from diverse backgrounds sharing their personal challenges, triumphant successes, and lessons they've learned along the way. We aim to continue our mission of connecting passionate and dedicated Real Estate Agents with business partners, entrepreneurs, new customers, and endless resources in the community - one hustle at a time.

MATTHEW MA - Matthew Ma is an Investor, Syndicator, Coach, and Founder of Agent Hustle Network, Avant Asset Management, Avant Real Estate Group, and The Truth About Real Estate Podcast. Started investing in San Francisco Real Estate at 25. With a background in tech, cyber security, marketing, lending, and 1031 exchanges, Matthew brings a wealth of knowledge to help agents scale their businesses.

DARIA NIKOLAEVA - Daria, a professional marketer, specializes in the real estate industry. After earning a Bachelor's degree with honors in Business Marketing from Menlo College she founded SourceSEM, an award-winning boutique marking company that provides state-of-the-art digital services to small businesses nationwide. Since receiving her California real estate license in 2020, she has been focusing primarily on the Silicon Valley market, while building a referral network throughout California. Daria is a member of Agent Hustle Network (AHN) and is excited to introduce AHN to the Santa Barbara area.
