Love Through Lyricism celebrates lyricism in varied forms, bringing together the folk sensibilities of Jody Okabe, with the poetic imagery of spoken word artist and former St. Andrew's-Wesley United Church artist-in-residence Brandon Wint, and the sublime soulfulness of Dawn Pemberton. In this warm creative gathering, we'll be prompted to reflect upon the ways our favourite songs and most earnestly-written lyrics can carry our best hopes for love, belonging and justice.
