Join us on a weekend whirlwind! Come to a blank table and leave holding your own journal ~ primed and ready for your finishing touches!!
Our Instructor, Carol Kis, wife, mom, steelworker, and creator of art!! “I love playing with different mediums and new ideas, I would doodle forever if I didn't have bills to pay”.
“I started out in the early 90s with stamps and cards, moved into scrapbooking, started serious doodling around 2012. Around 2015 I dove into art journaling and my hands haven't been clean since. I love to feel a page and admire all the details and do it just for me!
I'm looking forward to playing with you and getting you into a world of creativity. There are no mistakes - and we are going to have a ball!!”

Saturday, June 29, 2024 ~ Arrival of new students 9AM
Class begins at 9AM
We are exploring sprays and paints ~ we are going to go fast and all in!! Be prepared to be messy. Today we are in for a load of instruction that will get our journal together!
Next is figuring out what we do with all those pages - what do we add - how do we get the ideas?
We have starter ideas we think your gonna love! We start putting pages together, stamps, drawing, writing, it's going to be great.
All hands on deck ~ its serious play time! Play into the night.
Today we continue to learn new techniques and we will bind up our journals before you go, We will have a few more page ideas, then you can play till 5pm.
