During this workshop you will create a mixed media outcome focussed upon botanicals, mark making and colour. You will use collage, acrylic paint and paint pens to create your outcome.
There will be no pressure during the session to create a finalised piece of art or to design a perfect piece of work. It is about letting yourself go creatively, finding a visual release and enjoying the process.
Art is good for the soul, it helps release stress and anxiety, develops dexterity, creative thinking, mindfulness & problem solving. But most of all, art is a fun expressive form of communication that everyone should embrace!
Get ready for some exploration into a new technique, or to visit an old one - there is no experience needed at all for you to enjoy this addictive process. Join me and other creatives for two hours of relaxation, mindfulness art, a hot beverage and a biscuit (or two!).
