Mixed Abilities Dance Jam: First Friday of every month at no charge to participants. NEW TIME: 10:30 to 11:30These monthly Dance Jam sessions, hosted by Crimson Coast Dance and facilitated by Myriam Verzat and Laura Jesson Love, are fully accessible dance classes for adults of all abilities.
Myriam Verzat is also a Compassionate Communication (NVC) Trainer, Facilitator and NVC camp coordinator, www.myriamverzat.com. She is a founding member of Collective Groove Silent Disco and choreographs and performs whenever possible.
Laura teaches various forms of yoga and
meditation and aims to hold safe space in different settings for many forms of learning and healing locally. Laura's passion for movement and feeling good in body and mind has led her to dance with 5Rhythms and is working to lead in an inclusive way. She is trained in Dance Your Ability with Shauna Devlin.
