Social Guidelines

Event Rules

• Arrive on time and participate in planned activities

• Moderate alcohol consumption only - no excessive drinking

• No solicitation of any kind

• Treat all participants with respect

• Follow staff directions

Photography Notice

• Event photos will be taken during the gathering

• By participating, you consent to your image being used on our website and social media

• If you have privacy concerns, please notify staff

Safety & Conduct

• Disruptive behavior will result in removal

• Threatening or inappropriate conduct will be reported to authorities

• Safety is our top priority - alert staff of any concerns
