We're excited to have you join us. Here's what you need to know:

Social Guidelines

• Come with an open mind - everyone here wants to make friends too!

• Listen actively and ask follow-up questions. Respect varying comfort levels with personal disclosure

• Exchange contact info if there's a mutual connection (and make plans to meet again!)

Event Rules

• Arrive on time and participate in planned activities and follow staff directions

• Treat all participants with respect

• Moderate alcohol consumption only - no excessive drinking

• No solicitation of any kind

Photography Notice

• Event photos will be taken during the gathering. By participating, you consent to your image being used on our website and social media. If you have privacy concerns, please notify staff

Safety & Conduct

• Safety is our top priority - alert staff of any concerns

• Threatening or inappropriate conduct will be reported to authorities

• Disruptive behavior will result in removal

Info: Look for the table with Filled Cups merchandise and someone with a black filled-cups t-shirt will welcome you. Check-in, get your name-tag, your group color, and activity packet. Purchase food /beverage as needed and head to your station where you'll meet others from your group as they arrive.

Info: We'll provide you with some prompts so that you can share something meaningful with the rest of the group.

Info: We'll try to keep things different. Nothing too difficult! It's meant to be fun and help build rapport among participants.
