Not your ordinary vision board party! We will engage all of your senses, putting you in the mindset of your goals! We will engage your hearing with guided abundance meditations, your sight with creative boards, your taste with healing foods, and your touch by engaging in therapeutic sensory! Co-hosted by Ariel Preston, LPC and Assistant Director of Academic Success and Coordinated Care, who will be giving a mental health perspective on achieving goals and commitment to yourself! Join us as we release and build!
