IMPORTANT REQUIREMENTS FOR CLASSIFIED REGISTRANTS:
Please have two forms of ID when picking up your DBIDS. It is required that you have these two forms of IDS while onboard NIWC Pacific.
List of acceptable government identification (one must bear a photo and IDs cannot be the same type) :

• Driver’s license or an identification (ID) card issued by a state or possession of the U.S. (provided it contains a photo)
• U.S. Passport/ U.S. Passport Card
• Permanent Resident Card (Green card)
• U.S. Military ID/ Military dependent ID
• Personal Identity Verification Card (PIV)
• Social Security Card
• Original or certified copy of a birth certificate issued by a state, county, municipal authority of the U.S. bearing an official seal
• ID issued by a federal, state, or local government agency or entity (provided it contains a photograph)
• Certificate of U.S. Citizenship (Form N-560 or N-561)
