Registration Fee: $275.00 Includes: Four (4) meals

Non-Refundable- Since registration is non-refundable, you may send someone else in your place if you are unable to attend.

New Information!!

There have been some changes at the property involving parking that I would like to inform you of.

We have added a license plate scanner at the parking garage entrance for all vehicles. Guests will scan a QR code to register for parking.

Overnight guests that are staying at the Hotel will receive a special validation code prior to arrival to use when they register for parking, that allows them to get the contracted parking rate. For your group, overnight guests’ parking is discounted to $6.00 plus tax, per day.

The validation code will be emailed to you prior to arrival.

*Any guests that are not staying at the hotel will be paying the standard daily parking rate:

For 0-6 hours the charge is at $12.00 plus tax. After 6 hours or more, the charge is at $20.00 plus tax.

This change goes live on Mon, 7/6 so trying to get this update out to all of my incoming groups.

Please note: In the event of a severe weather threat that causes an evacuation along the coast, we will work with the hotel to try to secure a future date, if availability allows. All registrations will automatically transfer to the rescheduled date.
