Presbyterian Women Invites the BSPC Congregation to a Special Mission Program: Mission Haven—Monday, May 6, 11:30 AM, in Stewart Hall.The Presbyterian Church has appointed missionaries in more than 50 countries. We provide hospitality to our mission co-workers when they are here in the States. Our Presbyterian missionaries depend on us to provide comfortable living spaces while here on home leave.
Speaker: Barbara Borderieux, former PW Moderator for Peace River Presbytery. Presbyterian Women own and maintain Mission Haven, located in Decatur, GA. They provide fully furnished housing with linens, dishes and appliances, baby needs, and a clothes closet of good donated clothing. Mission Haven also offers prayers and spiritual support to these families.
Presbyterian Women will host a Potluck Luncheon before the program presentation. We also encourage you to invite friends and neighbors!
What to bring: a salad to feed 6 people, or a larger salad if bringing guests.
