Join us for an energizing MissFit Networking Business Showcase featuring a special SHINE + UPLIFT fitness experience hosted by All About Dance in Colorado Springs.
This is not your average networking event—it’s a chance to move your body, meet amazing women, and build real connections in a fun, welcoming space.
💃 What to Expect:
• An hour-ish fitness demo featuring SHINE Dance Fitness + UPLIFT strength training
• Participants may split into groups to sample each format and switch rooms so everyone gets a taste of both
• After class, enjoy time to mingle, network, and connect
• Guests are encouraged to bring wine, mocktails, snacks, or something fun to share
👯♀️ Meet Your Hosts – All About Dance
Led by mother-daughter duo Tasha Sumpter & DeLene Hoffner, All About Dance brings over 85 years of combined dance experience to the community. They teach throughout the Pikes Peak region, including local YMCAs and the Colorado Springs Senior Center, and offer fitness classes, private and group lessons in ballroom, swing, country, line dancing, and more at their studio.
