Tha 10 bliadhna air a dhol seachad bhon a chaidh am buidheann-coiteachaidh neo-eisimeileach MISNEACHD a stèidheachadh. Tha buill a’ bhuidhinn airson seo a chomharrachadh aig a’ Mhòd ann an Glaschu le taisbeanadh a’ coimhead air ais air cuid de na tachartasan agus iomairtean anns an robh iad an sàs thairis air an deich bliadhna a chaidh seachad.
Bidh oidhche fosglaidh ga cumail aig An Lòchran air Diluain 12na den Dàmhair a’ tòiseachadh aig 7.45f. It’s been 10 years since the independent pressure group MISNEACHD was established. Members of the group intent to celebrate this at the Mòd in Glasgow with an exhibition looking back at some of the events and campaigns in which they have been involved over the past ten years.
An opening night will be held at An Lòchran on Monday 12th October starting at 7.45pm. In addition to the exhibition itself, there will be a conversation panel discussing the impact MISNEACHD has had, the situation Gaelic is in just now, and what lies ahead. There will be an opportunity to question members of the group, and have a dram or two!
The exhibition will then be shown all week at the Mòd Exhibition, Killermont St. foyer at the Glasgow Royal Concert Hall.
