HIRI is a young Māori artist born in Aotearoa who aspires to connect their love of indie/jazz music with their passion for Te Reo Māori. With a background in audio engineering, composition, performance, and vocals, HIRI writes down lyric-driven music that weaves different stories through English and Te Reo, influenced by their love of indie/jazz/pop music.
