Join us for the Pueblo community premiere of MIRASOL, Looking at the Sun, a film by Ben Knight.
Presented and Produced by the Palmer Land Conservancy.
In this groundbreaking new film, acclaimed filmmaker Ben Knight challenges us to think about land and water use in the West through an intimate portrait of a rural farming community in Pueblo, Colorado, as they fight to protect their water and land, and in turn, their culture and livelihood.
Following a screening of the film, connect with your friends and neighbors during the after party with live Latin jazz music from Nube Nueve and a special performance by Grupo Folklórico del Pueblo. Enjoy locally sourced, Pueblo-inspired food, libations and good conversation.
