Miramar Sunset Pilates

Experience the perfect end to your day with a Sunset Mat Pilates class in the City of Miramar! Enjoy a 45-minute outdoor Pilates class designed to tone your body, strengthen your core, and help you unwind while enjoying the beautiful sunset at Miramar Regional Park.

This all-levels mat Pilates class combines mindful movement, controlled strength exercises, and gentle stretches to improve flexibility, posture, and overall body awareness. Whether you’re new to Pilates or an experienced practitioner, this class will leave you feeling energized, grounded, and refreshed.
