Vision Board Workshop:Go Back to Go Forward

This isn't just a craft session; it's a reset. We start by looking back, not to relive the past, but to identify the words that have quietly been shaping your life without your permission. Then we move forward, replacing those old words with new ones, and building a visual plan around them. You'll leave with a vision board that isn't just pretty. It's intentional. Every image and word on it will be chosen because it points toward where you're actually going, not where you've been. This is done in community, because there's power in building your future alongside people who are doing the same. Two or three gathered with intention changes what's possible in the room.

What to Expect:

• Meditation (opening): We ground ourselves and get quiet before we get creative.
• Timeline Review: A guided look back at the words that have followed you, the labels, the things said over you or by you, so you can see clearly what you're keeping and what you're releasing.
• Vision Board Building: Hands-on time with images, words, and materials to build your board around where you're headed, not where you've been.
• Intention Setting (closing): We close by naming, out loud, the new words and direction you're claiming.

What's Included: All supplies are provided boards, magazines, images, word cutouts, glue, scissors, and everything else you need to build.

What to Bring: You're welcome to bring a few personal items from home that are meaningful to you, photos, small mementos, a favorite quote, anything you'd like included on your board.
