What We Do:
The Gift of Life Charity Gala is the official annual fundraiser for our organization. The funds you help us raise enable us to continue NICU support services, including:
NICU care packages
Cooler bags for safe breast milk transportation
Grief counseling and emotional support
We've raised over $12,000 in revenue from our Silent and Live Auctions at our Annual Charity Gala in 2018 thanks to the generosity of our corporate sponsors, individual donors, and volunteers. We've connected with over 200 families of preemies through our closed NICU Support Group on Facebook. Additionally, hundreds of local families in the NICU receive our Care Packages on a regular basis. In 2018 we gave out 2000 items between care packages, holiday bears, knit hats and discharge packages. This year our goal is to raise up at least $50,000 to help fund our expansion project for 2019-2020. We were able to send care packages to Burundi, Kenya, Cameroon, Africa and hope to be in other countries supporting those families of preemies and at-risk babies.
