Following the overwhelming response to our events in March and April, we're excited to present "Miracle in Motion: Chakra Healing Journey for Expectant Mothers" for another empowering session! As April and May usher in the season of renewal, join us in celebrating the miracle of pregnancy and the journey of motherhood. In this 90-minute women-only session, participants will delve into gentle yoga practices, mindfulness techniques, and chakra healing to nurture body, mind, and spirit. Embrace the beauty of spring and celebrate the divine journey of pregnancy in a supportive and nurturing environment.

Activity Timing:

• Yoga (20 minutes):
  Participants will engage in gentle yoga practices tailored specifically for expectant mothers. These yoga poses focus on stretching, strengthening, and promoting flexibility in a safe and comfortable manner. Yoga during pregnancy can help alleviate common discomforts, improve circulation, and prepare the body for childbirth.
• Meditation (15 minutes):
  Expectant mothers will be guided through a calming meditation practice aimed at cultivating inner peace and mental clarity. Meditation provides an opportunity for pregnant women to connect with their inner selves, reduce stress and anxiety, and foster a sense of relaxation and well-being. It also allows them to bond with their unborn child and embrace the transformative journey of motherhood.

Together, these activities provide a comprehensive and nurturing experience for expectant mothers, supporting their physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being throughout the pregnancy journey.

• Chakra Healing (55 minutes):
  In this extended session, participants will explore chakra healing techniques specifically tailored for pregnancy. Chakras are energy centers within the body, and balancing them can promote overall health and well-being. Through guided visualization, breathwork, and energy healing practices, expectant mothers will nurture and align their chakras to support the physical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of pregnancy. This holistic approach aims to enhance relaxation, reduce discomfort, and promote a sense of harmony and balance during this special time.
