For the first time in New Zealand - Minotaur Project a deepening Biodanza weekend.
A journey into instinct, courage, and embodied truth
20–22 March 2026 · Heart Song Dance Temple, West Auckland (NZ)
The Minotaur symbolises the wild, instinctive, and sensitive part of us, a force that at some point may have been hidden, judged, or pushed aside.
In Biodanza, we don’t fight this part.
We meet it.
We listen.
We allow it to return to life with dignity, love, and presence.
This weekend is an invitation to reconnect with your vital energy, your courage, and your authentic strength through music, movement, and deeply embodied experience.
✨ The Experience:
- Biodanza vivencias guided with clarity, sensitivity, and depth
- Time to slow down, feel, and reconnect with your body and instinctive intelligence.
- A progressive journey from the unknown toward expression, vitality, and inner clarity
This is not about pushing or performing.
It is about allowing life to move through you.

✨ The Facilitation
We are honoured to welcome a highly experienced international Biodanza facilitator, visiting Aotearoa on a very special journey created specifically for this event.
With over 20 years of experience and more than 80 Minotaur workshops facilitated worldwide, he is recognised for his depth, clarity, and respectful way of guiding this powerful line of work. This is a rare opportunity to experience the Minotaur process in New Zealand.
The weekend is hosted and co-facilitated by Agnes Cofino, Biodanza facilitator & didact and local organiser, who will support the group process with presence, care, and continuity, helping create a safe and grounded container for the journey.

🔥 Friday Night – Open Session
Friday evening will be an open Biodanza session, welcoming people who are not participating in the full weekend.
This session is an essential part of the Minotaur journey.
Those who join on Friday night become the ones who hold the thread of love on the other side of the labyrinth (thinking of, supporting, and sending their best intentions to those who will continue into the deeper work of the weekend)
Their presence helps create a field of trust, care, and human warmth, supporting those who will be walking their inner path during the workshop.
🌿 The Space
The workshop will take place at Heart Song Dance Temple, on Bethells Valley, West Auckland. It's a quiet natural setting that supports introspection, connection, and rest.

💤 Accommodation
Participants are warmly encouraged to stay on site to support rest, integration, and group continuity.
🛏 Sleeping in the hall "marae style" NZD 20 per night
(please bring your own mattress and bedding)
⛺ Camping or campervan on site is welcome (NZD 20 per night)
🏡 A tiny house may be available for an additional cost (subject to availability – details to be confirmed)
Staying together helps create a grounded and nourishing container, allowing the process to continue gently beyond the vivencias.

🍽 Meals
Please bring your own food to nourish yourself during the weekend. (We can organise close to the date if some catering is needed)
We will share simple moments together, honouring care, presence, and respect for individual needs.

💫 Who is this for?
This workshop is open to people with previous Biodanza experience.
We also welcome new participants who feel genuinely called and are willing to participate in Biodanza sessions during February and March as preparation, to support a deeper and safer immersion during the weekend, and overall meeting and integrating with the group.
