Minnesota’s most talented sommeliers will go head-to-head in a dynamic competition to win the crown, presenting and pairing seven exceptional wines. The night will also feature bartenders competing with their best welcoming cocktails, setting the tone for an energetic and interactive experience.
Includes a four-course dinner, seven curated wines, and three welcome cocktails, thoughtfully designed to showcase the diversity, culture, and Latin flavors.

🐟First Course (GF, DF – can be made vegetarian)
Tropical: White fish ceviche, red onions, sweet peppers, cilantro, mango-lime leche de tigre, with casabitos.
🥗Second Course (GF, VG – can be made without peanuts and cheese)
Primavera: Watercress and arugula salad, red onions, peanuts, strawberries, and cream of cheeses.
🐂Third Course (GF – vegetarian and vegan option available)
A la Criolla: Pan-seared sirloin, yuca purée, morcilla-chorizo crunch, green pesto, microgreens.
🍦Fourth Course (VG – without the cookies it can also be gluten-free and vegan)
Curabie y Heladito: Masa quebrada cookies with coconut milk vanilla ice cream.
