Minnesota Content Creator Panel
About this Event
What turns a local story into content that connects? From everyday Midwest life and essential Minnesota political information to community humor and life up north, four Minnesota creators share how they’ve found their distinct voices and built community through social media.
Join SMBMSP’s Mykl Roventine for a candid conversation about the work, choices, and experiences behind their posts.
We’ll explore how they find ideas, approach storytelling, navigate audience expectations, and balance sharing their lives with protecting their boundaries. We’ll also discuss what brands and organizations should understand about working with creators.
Whether you create content yourself, manage social media for an organization, or want a peek behind the posts, you’ll leave with fresh perspectives and practical ideas for your own work.
You’ll learn:
- How creators turn everyday observations and local interests into engaging stories.
- What they’ve learned about building community and handling feedback.
- How they decide which trends, opportunities, and partnerships fit their voice.
- What social media professionals can apply to their own content and creator collaborations.
