This will be our first time having a table at this market since before the pandemic and we're extremely thrilled! Last time we attended, we handed out almost 1,000 recipe books!
Vegan University is a program of the Animal Rights Coalition to help people go - and stay - vegan. We'll focus on showing people the numerous benefits of eating plant-based by handing out free plant-based recipes to go with the produce offered at the market and providing a variety of educational information about plant-based nutrition, sustainability, animal rights and social justice.
