The MINIskirt party is a fundraiser by the MINIskirts (female MINI Cooper owners) and Gotahold Brewing benefitting People Helping People, a local nonprofit that assists with prescriptions for residents of Carroll County experiencing financial hardship. Participants are encouraged to wear minikirts and compete in the miniskirt contest for prizes.
