Minis at the Merchant: Be Balanced

Kids ages 5-9 will participate in a 30min Mindful Movement class centered around executive functioning skills and breath/body awareness, while Parents have an opportunity to speak with a Registered Pediatric Dietitian--Breta Alstrom--and Shop our line of safer kids products and stack storage options. Following the movement session, Kids will learn how to create their own balanced snacks to keep them feeling fueled, including a bottle of 3rd Bird Kombucha and will get to take their snack prep tools home. Tips and Handout of Balanced snacking options will be provided for each family.
