I want to actually celebrate the 4 years I spent on running stuff. I want to celebrate it with the people who made everything worth it. And I just want to thank and be with the people who have supported me. Thank you to Kathy, Angelo and Chris for booking the venue and planning!
Hey guys! (Going to put a TLDR at the end of this if you just main points)
Sorry for the delay but we finally have a venues confirmed! The venue is going to be at 3880 Duke of York , Mississauga , L5b4m7 in a room we have booked! This is Angelo and Roberto’s condo building that they have been amazing enough to help us book a room in so please be respectful of the property and building! The room will be up to 75 people so please try to let us know if you are coming or not! To make this as accessible to as many people as possible as we know people are coming from many places we are covering the cost of the venue. We are going to make this a potluck though so if you can bring something that’d be great. If you can’t but you’d still like to contribute we will use all money contributed to buy food and drinks for the event. The event will be from 6-11. We have to be out of the room by 12 so if anyone is able to stay behind to help clean we super appreciate it but no worries if you can’t! Finally the theme will be “Your favourite moment from this year” let’s focus on the great parts of this year! No pressure to anyone though just happy to have people there

What to bring: Potluck so anything is appreciated but not necessary (contributions are also appreciated but not necessary and will be used entirely for food)
