Join us for 4 studio sessions where we'll cover the basics of botanical watercolours. Build your skills and enjoy some painting!
You're invited to join this 4-part course covering the fundamentals of botanical watercolour painting. Whether you've a few paintings under your belt, or are just starting out with watercolour, I'll have some fresh tips and tricks for you to discover. Each lesson also has a printed guide to take home.
NOTE This ticket is for the whole course/ all 4 lessons together (see dates above)*. Each lesson can be booked separately here-

-Translate your vision for the painting on to the page
-Create stunning and convincing botanicals and florals
-Make painting a fun and stress-free experience!
Each session has a different focus~
Lesson i~ Planning and Vision (Weds 20th Nov 19.00-20.30)
Lesson ii~ Mark-Making Techniques for a Beautiful Painting (Weds 27th Nov 19.00-20.30)
Lesson iii~ Creative with Colour (Weds 4th Dec 19.00-20.30)
Lesson iv~ Creating Form and Realism (Weds 11th Dec 19.00-20.30)
Each lesson will have a different choice of real and photographed botanical subjects to paint and study, and you'll pick up the fundamentals which can be applied to any painting subject, not just botanicals.
Laura Carter is a professional English illustrator, with several years experience of giving art workshops.
