MiniCiné Mondays: The Masterpiece

With thanks to Indie Short Film Festival founder Ty Cooper for bringing this and many other extraordinary films to our community, we are pleased to have the opportunity to screen the "Best Short Narrative" award-winning film The Masterpiece on Monday, June 20th. Attendees are invited to watch the film together and discuss its poignant themes.

Leo and Diana, a rich couple, bring a broken TV to a recycling point. They meet Salif and his son, two scrap dealers. Diana asks them to come to their house to get more objects. Once there, Leo looks at them collecting objects with mistrust, until they see the scrap dealers have an expensive painting.
