MiniCiné Mondays: Screening of Best of Fest award winning film Essex Girls

With thanks to Indie Short Film Festival founder Ty Cooper for bringing this and many other extraordinary films to our community, we are pleased to have the opportunity to screen the "Best of Fest" award winning film Essex Girls on Monday, May 13th. Attendees are invited to watch the film together and discuss its poiniant themes--possibly with the director herself!

After an incident at her high school pulls her into the orbit of the only other Black girl in her year, “Essex Girl” Bisola is plunged into a journey to discover a whole new side of herself.
