MINI YOGA RETREAT MORNING TALL TREES BARN
WHEN : Sunday 17th August
TIME : 10:15am till 1:30 pm - arrival from 10 am
THEME : A beautiful morning to chill take some time out for you.
We shall work with gentle movement, breath work and relaxation to end.
If the weather is nice we shall practice some of the session outside under the shade of the tree.
Yummy snacks provided.
It's a really lovely way to carve out some time for you.
WHERE : Tall Trees Barn - Dunsby (near Bourne ) It's a stunning and peaceful location that overlooks beautiful farmland. Please note there are x13 steps up into the property.
