Mini Yoga/Healing Retreat

Namaste,

Join me for a mini yoga/breathwork/meditation retreat that is guaranteed to wash away the old and allow you to bring on the new!

If you have never taken a yoga class, this retreat is for you. If you are a yoga practitioner, this retreat is also for you. We will also have time allocated for heealing exercises after the practices.

Yoga mats, blocks, blankets and all props are provided. However, if you would like, feel free to bring a sleeping mask and your own props.
