Join Celebrity Pastry Chef Dawn of Ravy Cakes, LLC and take your cake decorating skills to the next level in this hands-on Mini Two-Tier Cake Workshop! In this class, you’ll learn how to build, stack, and beautifully decorate a stunning mini two-tier buttercream cake from start to finish.

We’ll begin with the fundamentals, including how to apply and smooth the final layer of buttercream to achieve a clean, professional finish. You’ll then learn how to properly build and support a two-tier cake, including creating the internal support structure needed for stability and successful stacking.

Once your cake is assembled, it’s time to get creative! You’ll explore buttercream shading, blending, and painting techniques to create the vibrant abstract design. We’ll finish the cake with elegant floral placement, edible gold leaf, hand-painted gold accents, and other beautiful finishing details.

In this class, you’ll learn:
