We will have two session, 1pm - 4pm and 5:30pm-7pm. A simple meal will be provided. Easily digestible and nourishing that will support our bodies without distraction.
What to Bring
~ Mat and blanket. We have some to borrow if you do not have your own
~ Warm layers for resting, including sock
~ Journal & pen
~ Veil ... lightweight fabric approximately 3.5 yards long. Silk is best. We have some of these to borrow as well.
~ Water bottle
