What to expect:

This is combination of different movements including body shaking, meditating and somatic emotion release.
This mini course will start with an opening meditation tapping in our sacred yoni space, opening a bubble of protection, jumping right into intuitive dance. During the Somatic emotion release I will guide through the feelings of anger, grief and surrender. Allowing you to feel lighter, ending the stress cycles of whatever came up and to be able to practice this at home.
This is a mini course the full course can be booked with me directly after class.
