Mini Retreat for Therapists and Healers

You are a teacher, counselor, nurse, social worker, energy worker, pastor, ETC and you HOLD SPACE for others, THIS EVENT IS FOR YOU.

Join us in a cozy space nestled in central/downtown El Paso for an intimate evening retreat amongst your peers.

Friday night includes a sacred space with:

Activities include:

• A Guatemalan inspired sacred cacao ceremony to assist us in connecting with and opening our hearts as we invite ourselves to soften for the evening.
• Small group interactive processing and support.
• A deep nervous system reset through our neurogenic tremor yoga session. Immediately following will be a deeply nourishing sound bath inviting you to rest and be soothed.

Karessa Fonseca is an experienced trauma healer utilizing somatics, breathwork, and yoga interventions. She will be leading us using trauma sensitive yoga techniques. Experience a deep nervous system reset through our neurogenic tremor yoga session.

Cristal Acosta, LPC-S, NCC, CCTP is an experienced trauma therapist and trainer who provides safe spaces for groups to engage in education and processing of stress and trauma. She will lead us in small group discussions utilizing introspective journaling and psychoeducation. Four culture/diversity CEUs for LPCs and Social Workers in Texas and New Mexico will be provided.
