Join us for a restorative 3-hour mini-retreat created for caregivers and healthcare professionals in need of renewal, reflection, and support. Set in a peaceful, nature-rich environment just outside Raleigh, this experience invites you to slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself.

Through guided creative practices, gentle nervous system regulation, and meaningful connection, you’ll replenish your energy and rediscover a sense of balance. Seasonal blueberry picking (June–August) and time in nature offer additional moments of calm and joy. Small farm animals available for petting at your leisure.

Guided by award-winning Edutainer and Teaching artist Greg Whitt of and Certified Integrative Health and Wellness Coach and Artist of Conduit for Change, LLC.
