Gain insights into supporting your kids as they learn to navigate activities like hanging and flipping on rings, executing somersaults, scaling the rock wall and warped wall, traversing balance beams, and more! The fun continues with parachute play, joyful moments with bubbles, group dancing, singing, and a calming wind-down through story time and deep breathing exercises. For adults, these Ninja Warrior Classes includes yoga stretching, connecting with other active parents, and spending quality time with your child in an active and uplifting environment.
