Join Ohm instructors Jan Green and Mary Lebio to welcome in the holiday season with an afternoon of peace and presence. Enjoy a slow, mindful yoga flow, focused on grounding and heart opening as you reflect on what you wish to carry into the season and what you can gently let go of.You'll also create a yule ball ornament in this workshop filled with your intentions for the season, then seal it with a guided meditation to welcome in peace and joy. The circle will be closed with holiday cookies, hot chocolate, and a moment to share reflections from the afternoon.
You'll leave this workshop feeling calm, cozy, connected, grounded in gratitude, and open to joy!
