The Washington Salvation Army is hosting their 2nd Annual Mini Golf Tournament
The event :
When: Saturday, September 28th, 2024
Registration at 8:30 a.m.
Scramble format with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.
Teams of 4 will compete against one another in our Craziest Mini Golf Tournament Ever! Teams are encourage to come up with Crazy Team shirts and or hats!
This year we are also encouraging teams to decorate an empty milk jug like a "Food Monster" and collect change in it before the tournament to benefit The Washington Salvation Army!
Coffee, water, pastries & fruit to start
Optional Longest Putt Competition
Prizes awarded for
1. Best Team score of the day
2. Best Costumes
3. Best Food Monster
4. Most change collected in their Food Monster Container
This years Mini Golf Tournament will go to benefit our efforts to bring quality food to our community. Our Love in a Backpack Effort which currently provides supplemental food on the weekends for 603 children from 10 schools! This effort annually costs us $90,000.
Every month The Washington Salvation Army distributes fresh produce to hundreds of households in our community. Our Emergency Food Pantry is there to lend a hand when households are struggling to put food on the table.
In addition to all of this we education hundreds of children with free cooking classes for children in K-12th grade all year long at our Washington Salvation Army Location.

This is a rain or shine fundraiser event for The Washington Salvation Army with no refunds due to weather.
