Mini Self Care Retreat
In collaboration with Breanna Gray, we together are creating a special Mini Energy Healing Retreat in nature at 1510 Back Place Avenue in Greely.
This event will be for anyone that wants an afternoon of relaxing, releasing, resetting your mental, physical mind, body and soul finding healing. You will leave with new energy to continue your life's path with more calm and balance.
We will start with a 75-minute Gentle Yin stretch movement class and a mini yoga Nidra.
Followed with a break with light refreshments and a special treat! During the break Breanna will also be offering mini Reiki sessions or readings. I will be offering Mini Thai Head/neck massage sessions.
After our break we will get cozy on our mats on the grass with all our comforts and enjoy a mediation sound bath healing session with Brenna Gray @flowingsoulcircle.
This event is all outdoors in nature. (In the event it rains we will move into the Studio space)
What is included in this event:
75 minutes of Yoga (Anna G @Karma Yoga Den
Light refreshment and a treat(A surprise!)
60 minutes of Mediation with a Sound bath (Breanna Gray @flowingsoulcircle)
Thai Yoga Massage, during the sound bath (Anna G @Karma Yoga Den)
Add-on options available at the retreat:
Mini Reiki Sessions with Breanna.
Readings with Breanna.
Mini Thai Head/Neck massage sessions.
