Join Carly Tong, founder of The Wellness Hub MCR, and award-winning published writer Helena Wong for a cozy two-hour autumn themed mini retreat designed to help you move, breathe, and fully reset.

• 60 minutes of energising yoga + 30 minutes of calm— Begin with an uplifting, all-levels Yang flow to energise your body with Carly, then melt into 30 minutes of blissful Yin to deeply relax.
• 30 minutes of creative journaling — Guided by Helena Wong, award-winning published writer, to help you explore and express your thoughts (with starbucks autumn hot drink optional)
• Calming essential oils — Gentle scents to enhance your relaxation.
• A wellness gift bag — A thoughtful take-home treat to keep that retreat feeling going.
• Mats provided — Just bring yourself; we’ll take care of the rest.

This session is open to all levels, whether you’re brand new to yoga or a regular on the mat, you’ll feel right at home.
