Join me for an outdoor session of connection, yoga, morning tea, play for the kids, games, books and coffee. Casual setting so please arrive and join in anytime. Yoga is from 9:00am. (followed by sensory circle time at 9:45am)
I'll have different sensory play stations set up for when the kids feel they want to engage with them. They also will do some yoga with us if they want to. It's outdoors and There's a cafe next door so we can order food and coffee afterwards and all connect a bit more or you can head off at that point. You can also bring morning tea if you prefer.
The yoga is very easy as lots of new mummas and newbie yogi's.
