No experience is necessary, just bring yourself and an open mind.
Please note: We will be doing gentle movement while seated in a chair, as well as guided meditations on the floor. Yoga mats will be provided, but you're welcome to bring your own mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else that helps you feel comfortable.
