Mindset & Community Building Workshop

What if your “small self” or your “inner critic” wasn’t something to destroy, dominate or change?

What if that which is perceivably holding you back actually holds the key to what is wanting to come forward, through you?

In this 3 hour workshop, we will deep dive into:

• Our Inner Dialogue
• The Stories that keep us advocating for our self limiting beliefs, and how to shift them to serve our evolution
• Create S.M.A.L Goals - Goals that are SIMPLE and MAGICAL and create for us an AUTHENTIC LIFE
• Present Moment Check In Process to support us when we meet roadblocks and triggers along the way
• What can I get done alone? How, and from whom/what do I need support?
• Self Celebration & Adoration 

Along with these personal, internal reflection opportunities - we will be equally sharing with and connecting intimately with the others in our container. By no means is personal growth individual! We need our mirrors!

We will have group discussion opportunities, partner opportunities, and guided meditation & movement alongside the heady work. 

Balance is key ~

For this transformational container, please bring : 

~ A water bottle

~ A pillow/yoga mat to sit on

~ A journal and magic wand (pen)

~ Snacks if you’ll need them

~ Plenty of layers in case of cold/warm fluctuations
