Our location in the heart of North Beach is surrounded by a lively parklet-ed outdoor and indoor dining scene with opportunities to hear live music throughout the week, including right next door to the gallery! Things are looking up for our little block of Grant Avenue with all storefronts rented save one which is currently undergoing talks with a wine bar – fingers crossed. This includes FOUR galleries – Michael Murphy’s architecturally inspired paintings, ‘Supersonic Modern’, at 1317 - Live Worms Gallery at 1345 - new tenants featuring psychedelic drinks & a Psychedelic Art Gallery are moving in next door at 1353 and Jeremy Fish’s brand new gallery & studio, ‘Fish Tank’ (inspired by our rather fishy Live Worms…), opening soon at 1437. The neighborhood is designed for strolling and people watching – enjoying a spot of caffe society, a lovely glass of wine – or spending some time in the green jewel at the center of it all, Washington Square Park.

Mark your calendar for North Beach First Friday – February 4th – when many special musical and entertainment events are sprinkled between the art venues - and make sure to Visit Live Worms Gallery - we'll be open from 5-8pm!!

Everyone is welcome in the gallery – due to the current covid guidelines – masks are required – we regulate the number of visitors allowed at any one time - hand sanitizer is available and we keep doors and windows open for ventilation.
