Minding our Mortality: Mini Retreat

Ease into this Memorial Day weekend with a retreat—without leaving the city! Take a break from the everyday hustle and bustle and join Here to Honor founding members for a morning of reflecting on our mortality and exploring how that can shape our perspective on life. In a calm and relaxed setting, we will engage in mindfulness practices, guided discussions, creative exercises, and practical applications including a life review and an ethical will.

Space is limited to 10 people; a light lunch will be provided.
