Do you sometimes struggle with stress, anxiety, overwhelm, depression or chronic pain?
A regular mindfulness practice has been proven to help people with challenges like these and many others.
Whether new to mindfulness or experienced, you are welcome to attend this 1.5 hour workshop (9.30-11am), which will include:
Meditation
A mindfulness practice
Reflecting on a poem / story
Enquiry and sharing
Whilst there is some teaching about mindfulness, this is kept to a minimum, since people gain deep benefit from having their own experience and their own insights!
Chris is a professional holistic wellness & resilience coach, mindfulness teacher and yoga instructor. He teaches mindfulness 1:1 and with groups.

PRACTICAL DETAILS
The workshop is held in Ardour Academy which is within the Globe Centre on the corner of Albany Road and Wellfield Road. Ardour Academy is a non-profit community-focussed wellbeing hub in Cardiff with many wonderful events taking place.
On entering inside the Globe Centre, go up the internal flight of stairs (around 20 steps) to the first floor and you will reach Ardour Academy.
Once inside Ardour Academy, the venue is all on one floor, offers drinking water, toilet facilities, and is heated / cooled as necessary. You are welcome to sit on a chair or on the floor (mats and blocks are available).
