🌿 Mindfulness Walk – Grounding & Presence in Nature

Join us for a calming, in-person mindfulness walk designed to help you slow down, reconnect with the present moment, and ground yourself in nature.

This gentle outdoor experience blends mindful walking, breathing practices, and grounding techniques to support stress relief, emotional regulation, and inner calm. You’ll be guided step-by-step into a more present, spacious way of being—away from the noise and pressure of daily life.

Whether you’re completely new to mindfulness or already have a practice, this walk is open to everyone. Come as you are and give yourself permission to pause, breathe, and simply be.

🌸 Your Host

This experience is facilitated by Melinda Pap, Psychotherapist, mindfulness practitioner, and founder of the Healing Academy. Melinda is trained in Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), an evidence-based approach that integrates mindfulness practices with cognitive therapy principles to support emotional wellbeing, resilience, and stress reduction.

She also brings lived experiential insight from spending 10 days in a Buddhist temple immersed in meditation and Buddhist teachings—deepening her understanding of mindfulness, presence, and compassion in daily life.

Her approach is grounded, accessible, and supportive, helping people reconnect with themselves in a practical and embodied way.
